Sweet Bones Alabama closes at The Summit (Biz Journal)

The Sweet Bones Alabama barbecue restaurant in The Summit closed Feb. 14,
according to mall owner Bayer Properties. The owners of the restaurant could
not immediately be reached for comment. A Bayer representative said the
company has yet to find a replacement, and declined to comment on whether the
space was being considered for a Seasons 52 grill, which is planning a
location at the development. Sweet Bones moved to The Summit after opening as
Bonedaddy’s in Lee Branch three years ago, and has since struggled with
management and financial issues, according to news reports today…
